No worries! At Jackal & Dare, our range of tungsten rings include one free size exchange. No additional postage charges will be incurred for the customer’s replacement piece.

All subsequent exchanges will be subject to shipping and restocking costs. This guarantee applies only when exchanging sizes in the same design.

Due to the extreme strength of tungsten (and the nature of silicone), they cannot be re-sized!

At this point in time, we do not currently offer engraving on our products. Jackal & Dare would recommend and encourage all buyers to avoid engraving when purchasing high-end, or luxury pieces online as engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.

They sure can! Our recommendation would be to have your ring laser engraved by a professional jeweller.

Engraving will void your ability to return or exchange your piece.

Most definitely. All hospitals will be equipped with the correct tools to safely removed your ring in the case of an emergency. If you do happen to have an emergency and your ring is destroyed, please contact us directly so that we can sort out a replacement!

The primary metal we use is; tungsten as well as one metalloid; silicone (which contains properties of both metal and non-metals).

Tungsten is one of nature’s heaviest metals and has several positive attributes such as being incredibly resistant to corrosion, having a high resistance to scratching and it's non-allergenic to all skin types.

Our silicone range is designed first and foremost with your protection & safety in mind. A lightweight band designed to break in the case of an emergency to save the finger from danger. Most of our customers love to use this material as a safe alternative when performing rigorous activities like rock climbing, training at the gym or those of us that work in construction, for example.

Yes! All of our rings are covered by a lifetime limited warranty.

This does not include repairing breaks or damage which are a result of misuse (for example, if you drop your ring & a car runs it over it).
